As dean of the College of Nursing and chief nurse executive at UF Health, my days are a blend of strategic leadership in education, research, and patient care. From early mornings managing teams to overseeing pivotal research projects, I champion initiatives that enhance both care quality and workforce diversity. Balancing administrative duties with fostering compassionate care, I ensure that every decision supports patients and reflects our community’s diversity.
