THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
I have always had issues with judging myself harshly, not feeling loved, and dealing with my sexuality as a black lesbian woman. Society has told me that I don't make sense, it is not natural and it is not acceptable to be who I am.
How I responded:
I have overcome a lot of these noises through healing (creative writing), through spirituality (something that is a reminder that is not above), intuition (voice), love (self-love), and sharing myself with others.
