You have to let go of your perfectionist tendencies! You shouldn't try to do something different all of the time. You're just doing this to make us look bad. You demand too much.
How I responded:
I learned not to own others' perspectives but to do what I knew was good and right for myself and for my students. I never settled for second-best simply to make friends, especially when I knew that one size did not fit all and that there are many ways to accomplish the same task.
